Live Sound

Providing live sound engineering for concerts, gigs, and corporate events.

About

I am highly experienced in setting up and creating a unique live sound experience on a variety of desks, mixing PA systems to the room to create the best and most authentic sound possible.

Previous Projects

Vibe and Thrive

I helped transport our equipment, such as bass amps, a Nord Stage 3, our drumkit and much more to the venue, ran setting up and layout of the stage to look professional, and run the mixing desk, an Allen and Heath SQ7, at The Brickyard.

9 to 5: The Musical

My role was as one of the sound engineers for this performance. I created scenes on the Allen and Heath QU-24 Desk provided, and programmed soft keys to switch back and forth between these. This role also involved mixing and levelling head microphones and mixing this together with the band on musical numbers to create a professional sound in the theatre, and implementing sound effects as and when necessary. I also assisted in the building of the stage and props, and the set up of monitors and the PA system, and also cabling the complex system together.

Dead Trend - Lounge Takeover

I set up, and ran the sound at The Lounge, acting as Dead Trend's audio engineer for the night.

Later With Carlisle College

At this event, I organised how everything should run, from the running order to how we would set up, as well as setting up myself along with a team. I was the lead audio engineer for the night, crafting a rich and high quality sound for the night, making sure the performers sounded at their absolute best.
